Your Mission

As an IT System Engineer with Bitpanda Pro you will be responsible for creating an IT infrastructure that supports business processes and the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is able to balance the needs of a fast moving business, while meeting regulatory requirements and ensuring business continuity.

What you’ll do

• Integrate, secure and maintain IT systems to support business needs
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Plan, manage and execute system upgrades and migrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams of the IT infrastructure
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the IT infrastructure is aligned with business requirements

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering
• Strong experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with administrating google workspace
• Experience with hardware configuration and endpoint management solutions
• Good understanding of common SSO integrations and protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for investing and cryptocurrencies is a plus
• Experience with Terraform is a plus
• Experience with SIEM solutions is a plus
