Position Overview & Specifications

Previous IT experience is NOT essential, as full training will be provided

As a member of our Service Operations team, you’ll receive structured training to ensure you can provide customers with the best advice and guidance every day. With progression, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise in an area of business you are interested in, whether that be cloud platform and data, cyber security, productivity and collaboration, or connectivity.

What you’ll be doing:

Working collaboratively within a supportive team, you’ll deliver outstanding technical guidance across a wide variety of businesses and technologies. With no two days the same, you’ll make a difference by providing the very best customer service every day. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high levels of customer service and technical support
  • Acting as the main point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Resolving issues and requests efficiently to maintain our outstanding rectification times
  • Configuring customer requirements and identifying appropriate solutions
  • Owning the lifecycle of Incidents, Service Requests and managing the allocation to resolver groups as appropriate.
