E-Commerce Assistant

Bioethanol Fireplace Limited is currently seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for developing and implementing content on our Spanish website. The ideal candidate will be speaking Spanish fluently.

Bioethanol Fireplace Limited is a Danish-owned company that sells eco-friendly fireplaces and fire pits to 14 European countries. We have webshops in each country and showrooms in Aalborg, Copenhagen, and London. We are a company in high growth, and have received the Danish Børsen Gazelle award for the past five years. Our team consists of 25 employees with many different nationalities.

Bioethanol Fireplace Limited is a leading company in the eco-friendly fireplace industry. Our success is driven by our expertise in digital marketing, which we consider our primary focus. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Spanish E-Commerce Assistant to join our team.

Our marketing department is based in Denmark, but we have an office in London with four employees. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team through Microsoft Teams.

Working tasks

• Online marketing (SEO, Social Media, Newsletters).
• E-commerce (Sales, add products, add sale pages etc.).
• Translation and proofreading.
• Responding customers questions via Phone, E-mail and Live-chat.
• Assist in showroom (English).

Our staff includes all kinds of competencies in digital marketing in-house. Therefore, there is a great opportunity to improve your personal skills.

Generel Requirements

• You are commited and motivated.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Strong customer orientation with desire and willingness to help
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish)
• Able to work independently and communicate via Microsoft Teams.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
