• Highly competitive salary of up to £16,50 per hour + tips depending on sales (that's up to £38K per year!)

Your mission:

• You will be the ambassador of Big Mamma values: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customer, help your colleagues during service and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.
• You will guarantee the quality of service in the dining room: you ensure a "Big Mamma style" service and you are responsible for the accuracy of the service. You are responsible for the speed of service and the optimisation of table rotation.
• You will be responsible for the well-being of the customer during their time with us: you will ensure a 5 star service and contribute to providing the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
• You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails and participate in the training of the more junior CDRs.

• Boundless passion for pasta, pizza, tiramisu e tutti i buoni prodotti!
• Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress or Chef de Rang
• English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
