Using your experience of working in a customer facing environment you will provide excellent customer service to maximise sales.

As a Telesales Operator, you will be responsible for taking customers' orders over the phone, offering help and advice, and offering exclusive promotions to customers throughout the trading year.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Receive inbound telephone calls from customers placing orders
• Liaising with the depot management team to ensure you have up to date knowledge on any promotions in order to advise customers accordingly
• Contacting key customers proactively to sell items on special offer or boost sales
• Loading orders onto the system
• Other general administration duties as required

We’re looking for someone with;

• Experience of working in a customer facing environment
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Enthusiastic and personable manner to represent the business appropriately over the phone
• The confidence to advise customers of current promotions
• Flexible approach to daily responsibilities
• Good organisational skills
• IT proficiency and ideally system knowledge
