Night Manager

The Cadogan, a Belmond Hotel, is seeking a friendly and experienced Night Manager to join our team. As the Night Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of our The Cadogan during the overnight hours, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times. • Manage overnight operations of The Cadogan, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Provide exceptional guest experiences, welcoming and assisting guests as needed
• Perform end-of-day accounting and daily reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Plan and assign daily roles and duties to team members
• Lead and direct overnight team members, ensuring proper execution of duties
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor safety and security of guests and property during overnight hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
