Position: Production Operative

Location: Barry M Cosmetics, Barry M House, 1 Mero Way, London, NW7 1RQ

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join our team at a site conveniently located within walking distance from Mill Hill East Underground Station. As a Production Operative, you will collaborate closely with our Quality Control and Maintenance Teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the packaging process by efficiently moving and supplying goods between workstations.
• Take an active part in the assembly of finished products, performing both manual tasks and operating equipment as required.
• Thoroughly read, comprehend, and adhere to product specification sheets and recipes to maintain consistency and quality standards.
• Conduct basic quality controls at various stages of the packaging process to identify any deviations or discrepancies.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and comply with company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
• Demonstrate a high level of energy, proactivity, and focus in daily tasks.
• Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with managers, team members, and supervisors.
• Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
