Compliance Associate

Barclay Simpson are currently recruiting for a Compliance Associate to join a highly successful alternatives Hedge Fund based in London. You will be working with highly impressive senior people on a daily basis and you will be offered the opportunity to learn and progress with the function as it grows.

The role is very much generalist in nature. You will be involved in onboarding new clients and carry out Worldcheck monitoring on personnel. You will also oversee the FCA process on appointed representatives. There will also be some broader legal responsibilities.

Ideally you will have prior experience in a compliance role in a hedge fund or asset manager and will have some legal exposure too. As mentioned this role will grow over time and you will learn from senior compliance people in the industry – the salary on offer is £40,000 – £60,000 plus benefits and bonus.
