About the Role

This role is for 24 hours per week - Morning, evening and weekend work

We welcome your application to join our growing Spa Team. At our Spa, which is located within one of our prestigious Health Clubs, we are dedicated to our customers and strive to find people who are passionate about delivering exemplary customer service.

Our Spa/Beauty Therapists are responsible for the delivery of a wide range of both holistic and maintenance treatments. To ensure our clients have the best treatments, we use the most luxurious brands on the market such as; Elemis, OPI, Natural Spa Factory, Nouveau, HD Brows, Ashmira, Lycon & Jessica.

Hot Lava Shell Massage & Bamboo Deep Tissue Massage are our signature treatments at Bannatyne and we pride ourselves on ensuring you are trained to offer these exceptional treatments. Seasonal treatments such as our Gold & Caviar Body Scrubs and our Pumpkin and Pear Body Wraps are also available throughout the year to allow customers a new and different experience as well as enhancing your skill set as a Spa Therapist.

We offer an unrivalled experience to our members and clients and we seek therapists that have the same passion in delivering exceptional customer service. With that, we ask that you possess the qualities and skills below to join our team:-

NVQ Beauty Level 2 essential & Level 3 desirable Excellent customer service skills with a customer focused attitude
Great communication & interpersonal skills Strong work ethic with a ‘can do attitude’
Enjoys working with an enthusiastic, positive team Elemis trained is desirable but not essential
Previous Spa experience desirable
