The rate of pay offered for this role is £10.42/hour for over 21s and NMW for under 21s. This role is 16 hours per week.

About the Role

Applications are invited for a Spa Host. At our Spa, which is located within one of our prestigious Health Clubs, we are dedicated to our customers and strive to find people who are passionate about delivering exemplary customer service.

The Bannatyne Spa offers a wide range of both holistic and maintenance treatments. To ensure our clients have the best treatments, we use the most luxurious brands on the market such as; Elemis, OPI, Natural Spa Factory, Nouveau, HD Brows, Ashmira, Lycon & Jessica.

You must be prepared to work a varied shift pattern in accordance with the business needs which will include evenings and weekends. The role will also include up-selling and cash handling.

We are looking for someone with dynamic customer service skills, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills and who is hard working and flexible.
