An exciting new retail operation is coming to London.

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe are launching a fantastic new venture bringing unique products from Japan to the UK marketplace.

We are looking to build a successful team of Sales Assistants who not only crushes sales goals, but also bring high energy and positivity to our team. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of this leisure retail operation; interacting with customers, sharing your passions, maintaining stock and of course closing that sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly demeanour
  • Function as an expert in our product offerings, answering customer questions and providing recommendations
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
  • Work with the store management team to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organising merchandise
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

What we are looking for you to have:

  • Previous experience in sales within a retail or leisure hospitality venture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be organised with an attention to detail
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for our brand and commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and tech literate
