Factory Worker

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established company based in Seaham.

Continental shift

This role would include taking responsibility for producing/mixing a wide range of raw materials to a specified formula.

• Produce dry blend for the production department at varied times
• Produce stock of blend sufficient for production area needs
• Stock materials to relevant storage bins to ensure a good flow of production within the plant
• Always follow protocol
• Be proactive in identifying any issues or areas of concern and report them immediately
• Make sure all documents are completed
• Follow all health and safety on site
• Control of the stock levels using the SAP and warehouse management system

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 12-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Seaham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Salary: £10.07-£20.14 per hour
