A fantastic opportunity for a hands-on L&D training professional at Bakkavor Elveden has arisen. You will be responsible for delivering learning interventions for our central Group functions.

You will ensure our employees are not only compliant when it comes to regulatory and mandatory training interventions, but you will play a part in ensuring our employees are engaged and motivated through your training delivery.

• Delivery of learning for Group functions reflecting plan.
• Accountable for quality of delivery and agreed learning outcomes.
• Accountable for maintaining best in class delivery expertise.
• Track and report on performance/ effectiveness of learning intervention.
• Interface with regional delivery to achieve economies of scale in delivery of Core training e.g. induction.
• Bring together SMEs from functions to delivery specialist training - as above.
• Procure for professional development and operational effectiveness course delivery (use preferred supplier list) - as above.
• Liaise with other functional teams to draw on their specialist insight.
• Support the learning function leaders in the execution of learning requirements and ensuring the plan for professional standards is delivered.
• Benchmark best practice and bring relevant insight and knowledge into the team.
• Supports initiatives in the broader organisation ie talent, engagement and inclusion.

You will be great at developing cross functional relationships, alongside driving training best practice ensuring all our employees receive a best in class training proposition. This is a very exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic L&D professional to help drive the L&D agenda at a Group level.
