Bakkavor Central Microbiology Laboratory based at Holbeach St Marks carries out a range of tests on food and environmental samples.

Working in our CLAS/RSA accredited laboratory, you will be required to conduct routine microbiological analysis on a range of samples from our local factories.

The ability to work on your own initiative and be a good team player is essential.

You will have an interest or qualification in a science subject, food safety knowledge and a laboratory background ideally, however full training will be provided.
