Position Overview & Specifications

Bailey Employment Services Ltd is currently recruiting a number of Warehouse Operatives for our prestigious client based at Redhouse, Doncaster.
Our client is a reputable high-street clothing retailer that offers a fun and supportive working environment with genuine career progression opportunities. Hours of work & Pay:
  • Static day shift working 4 am-12Noon
  • Shift pattern: Sunday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Saturday
  • £9.80 per hour
  • Overtime is paid at £14.70 after 45 hours
  • Achievable performance-related bonus of up to £2.50 per hour once trained in the role

What will you be doing?
You’ll be working in a clean, modern and bright warehouse doing a variety of tasks on which you’ll be fully trained on:
  • Picking orders using handheld scanners.
  • Packing items ready for dispatch to customers.
  • Replenishing stock
  • Putting away returns into allocated locations using a handheld scanner
  • Re-bagging & re-labelling items.
  • Quality control

What experience do you need?
  • Previous experience in a similar environment would be ideal, however, experience is not essential as full training is provided
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to follow instructions
  • Strong work ethic and hardworking
  • Reliable
