DHL ENFIELD - OPERATIONS AGENT

FULL TIME

AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services

• Role – DHL Operations Agent
• Location – Enfield
• Shifts – Mon - Fri
• Hours – 3:00pm – 9.30pm
• Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £11.78 per hour
• Pay between 19.00pm – 08.00am: £14.28 per hour
• Pay Saturdays: Additional £1 per hour
• Pay Sundays: Additional £2 per hour
• Pay OT: £17.67

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capturing location and data information of shipments
• Invoice checks
• Using computer systems with numerous applications to ensure work is completed. (Microsoft applications and DHL internal systems.)
• Monitoring of data and data entry
• Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer service
• Act as the first point of contact for all internal/external customers. (Phone calls, emails
• Responding to problem pieces and ensure redistribution is arranged. Problem solving, communicating with customers

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
• Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
• Administration skills and computer literate essential
• Prior experience would be advantageous, but not essential as full training is available
