Are you currently a 2nd Line Support Technician, with hardware and software experience and seeking a new challenging opportunity?
We are currently seeking an IT Deskside Technician to be a part of our team! If you have IT service desk/customer support experience and keen to enhance your technical skills within 2nd line support, we would love to hear from you!
Working as part of a team, you will be expected to assist clients by resolving their issues, over the phone, remote tools, or face to face, be a fast learner and have excellent customer service skills. Please note this role is up to 5 days in the office with working from home by arrangement.
A bit about the job:
As the IT Deskside Technician, you will be joining the London team supporting St Helens and Hoxton client base. You will be responsible for BAU incidents, investigation, documentation, stock handling, keeping our ticketing system correct and working with the rest of the other regions.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience working with cloud base infrastructure office 365 and Azure (or understanding of Azure), Active Directory and Apple mobile devices. Along with the ability to think logically and investigate issues to provide a resolution
- Work within a structured support environment with request logging software
- Must be a good listener and able to control a situation if it becomes difficult
- Flexible and can accommodate work which may sometimes fall outside role
- Comfortable working with computer hardware and contacting 3rd party if device is still under warranty

- Salary between £36,000 - £42,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
