Client Relationship Manager - London
Are you someone who has Asset Management/Financial Industry Knowledge combined with effective knowledge of operational processes? We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team so if you think this is the job for you then please apply.
A bit about the job:
A Client Relationship Manager ensures a high level of client retention and enhances the reputation of Aviva Investors through delivery of first-class relationship management and client servicing. You are there to ensure positive market perception of Aviva Investors through delivery of high level of service to investment consultants and other third-party service providers. In this role you will be responsible for day to day managing, servicing, and developing relationships with a defined group of existing clients across a range of different asset classes. You will need to have a good eye when it comes to identifying risks to existing relationships and implementing an appropriate retention strategy. In addition to this you will takes ownership of the client on-boarding process for both pooled and segregated mandates, liaising with internal and external parties as appropriate, Including the co-ordination and completion of legal agreements/IMAs. Part of your role will require you to take a lead role in the implementation of mandate and distribution agreement changes for existing clients, ensuring any amendments to agreements are formalised.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • A strong communicator able to listen to clients, understand their issues and deal with people at all levels.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of client queries and achieve successful resolution by influencing colleagues and third parties.
  • A strong collaborator able to build effective relationships with different business areas across Aviva Investors
  • Motivated to deliver first class relationship management and client service, balancing the needs of the client with those of Aviva Investors.
  • Practical awareness of relevant regulatory requirements.
