Hotel Receptionist

Avensis Hospitality are looking for receptionists for various hotels in our portfolio across Liverpool. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service. You will be expected to provide exceptional service for our guests and carry out reception duties which include checking guests in/out, cash and key handling, operating the Guestline front office system, operating the hotel phones and dealing with bookings and enquiries for bedrooms and events.

Previous experience of working in a hotel environment or in a similar role would be preferred. We are looking for somebody with an outgoing personality, and excellent communication and organisational skills. In addition you should be prepared to work shifts and weekends on a weekly rota basis.
