Position Overview & Specifications
This is a great temporary part-time opportunity to work as a Data Assistant for a leading business school for 3 months!
Data Assistant Responsibilities:
- Researching and compiling data on current market competition, trends and changing consumer behaviours
- Critically analyzing data to make recommendations for improving positioning in the market
- Delivering reports and presentations with findings to the wider programme & marketing team
- Supporting the team in data collection and analysis of performance of our Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns and drawing recommendations for improvement where applicable
- Taking ownership of maintaining an up-to-date MSc alumni employment database
- Verifying previously collected data and updating when necessary
- Arranging interviews and preparing communication drafts for prospective students
- Assisting the team with the logistics and operations of onsite Open Days and other recruitment fairs/events, when necessary
- Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Minimum 12 months at a higher education institution
- Minimum 12 months experience in a data admin role
- Experience in marketing research
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
- High level of organizational skills
