So what’s the mission of the Stylist role?

“To ensure our customers have a memorable & magical customer journey in our stores whilst providing a knowledgeable product styling experience”.

What does success look like in this role?

• Having full knowledge of our products and in-store services.
• Greeting & assisting customers, providing advice and guidance on styling.
• Creating a loyal customer base & making efficient sales.
