We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to support us as we move into our new City of London venue and the next phase of Aspire!

We are a small women led company founded by Dr. Sam Collins 21 years ago. Our mission is to inspire and empower women leaders to create life, work and world change. We do this through workshops, conferences, speaking, podcasts, books and events.

  • We are looking for someone to support us with researching, developing and creating new events and initiatives to make a difference to the lives, work and world of women. You will be working collaboratively, from research to ensuring the appropriate financial structure. You will be involved during the full lifecycle working closely with our small and supportive team.
  • Market research and review to understand the opportunity for new products or product changes including pro bono programmes.
  • Design of all aspects of our products ensuring they are empowering, practical and financially viable.
  • Understand and interpret our customer needs to develop products and services that are right for them.
  • Own the product development process, ensuring continuous improvement and present and proposals to be reviewed at meetings.
  • Attending our London based events to engage with our community. Feeding back insights and learnings to Aspire team and making recommendations for future.

Experience, capabilities, and skills:

  • Relevant experience; coaching, leadership development, change and organisational development design and/or experience of working in ‘male dominated’ industries.
  • Passion for innovative approaches to training and leadership development.
  • Solution-oriented with strong interpersonal, consultative, communication skills.
  • Active listener, who knows how to access insightful questions and unlock a greater understanding of learning needs.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced changing environment with an entrepreneurial passion for creating new things.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent product management skills in order to move through the process from idea to launch, ensuring appropriate documentation and milestone approvals.
  • Recognise and understand complex future problems, demonstrate thought leadership to identify ideas, products and services to address those future problems and assess the potential of new ideas using a structured approach.
  • Generate business cases for valuable ideas, products and services which demonstrate understanding of the market, potential customers and potential opportunity.

Salary: £20.00 per hour. Also, occasional travel for meetings with Aspire team is required.
