As a Master of your Craft …

• You will be the driving force behind the planning and development of menus & concepts and display a passionate approach towards the improvement of new methods of service.
• Ideally you will have experience working in a high volume environment
• Ability to provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture.
• Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)
• Manage & develop your team through the planning & execution of holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management.
• Apply your knowledge & share best practice regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability.

As our Executive Chef, you will receive:

• Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service!
