Director of Global Education

We are on the hunt for a passionate and enthusiastic new Director of Global Education for a luxury skincare brand based in London.

The Role

The Director of Global Education for Skincare will be responsible for building and deploying industry leading training content and services globally.

Working in conjunction with a number of internal departments, you will be responsible for the deployment of all training programmes. A versatile communicator, you will oversee the delivery of all education programmes via a variety of methods ranging from in-person to online. Strategically, you will need to ensure that all programmes are geared to each country’s different cultural and commercial needs.

You will need to be prepared for extensive travel in this role, as you will also be attending regular site visits and hosting events at a wide variety of locations.

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a senior and high achieving role as a Regional or Global Training Manager in the luxury skincare or beauty industry. You’ll be able to demonstrate a diverse and unique approach to training methods and learning technologies.

You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs. Highly organised, you will be able to manage multiple tasks at once in a time effective manner. You are expected to have strong project management skills, excellent presentation, training, coaching and communication skills.
