We are now seeking Schedulers to join our Planning team on a permanent basis and managing the end-to-end work order process.
Responsibilities
You’ll receive work orders and manage and schedule engineers in accordance with the agreed timeframes. You’ll be liaising with the field based colleagues ensuring you allocate the correct skilled engineer to attend to the job, taking into account client requirements, engineer location, job priority and availability.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working within a fast-paced customer service environment. You’ll be confident, organised, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise effectively. You’ll be a team player with a willingness to collaborate to achieve solutions with the desire to succeed both individually and as a team.
Qualifications
It doesn’t matter which industry or sector you come from, as full training will be provided for this role.
What is key you are confident with using a variety of computer systems and have a willingness to learn and be very adaptable to change.
A full-time colleague will be working 40 hours a week, a variety of shift start times and finish times. As we are a 24/7 business some weekends will be included (on average 1 in 4 weekends) on a rota basis, but you will have days off during the week to compensate.
For all colleagues a degree of flexibility is required due to business requirements.
After completing probation and demonstrating a satisfactory level of performance, we offer the opportunity to work on our hybrid model (home/site-based).

- Salary: up to £27,825 (dependent on experience)
