Position: Sushi Chef

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented sushi chef for our upcoming sushi restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be capable of preparing traditional Japanese sushi varieties and creating innovative and delicious sushi dishes.
You will play a leading role in maintaining our restaurant's quality standards, focusing on hygiene, using fresh ingredients, and ensuring aesthetic presentation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, present, and ensure the quality of sushi dishes featured on our menu.
Organize the procurement of fresh fish and seafood and manage ingredient inventory.
Work collaboratively with your team to guarantee the delivery of high-quality sushi presentations.
Monitor and enforce compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Contribute to menu development and collaborate on new recipes and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of continuous experience as a sushi chef.
Deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi techniques, and traditions.
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Ability to work with fresh ingredients and manage stock.
Knowledge and experience in hygiene and sanitation practices.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Creative and innovative approach.
