Are you currently working as a Kitchen Assistant but getting tired of the long hours and late nights?
We are currently recruiting a Kitchen assistant to work at our site in Colchester.
The ingredients for success
The role is varied and could potentially lead to a culinary career for the right person. The position has variation daily. The contract is term time, permanent. You will be working Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, based around school day hours – great if you are a parent or carer!

What you'll be doing
To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard- You will be working with the culinary team preparing food trolleys for delivery to campus
- Performing cleaning tasks
- Assisting in basic food prep for service
- Supporting the Kitchen team in delivering first class service
- Driving company vehicle around the sites
Qualifications and experience needed
- Previous KP experience would be an advantage
- Experience in industrial catering.
- A passion for food and service
- Completing paperwork when required
