Description

Want to earn while you learn how to be a kick-ass marketer? Then this could be the role for you.

Inviqa is recruiting for its first Marketing Apprentice, who’ll join a friendly team based in Kings Cross and have the chance to take the first step in their growth marketing career.

This role will support the marketing and business development team and will allow the apprentice to develop skills and experience in B2B marketing (marketing to companies, not consumers). We’re looking for someone who will want to progress in their career with Inviqa – or our parent company Havas – once their apprenticeship is completed successfully.

You’ll be helping to define the audiences for, and building highly targeted multichannel marketing campaigns. In simple terms, this means you’ll develop skills in email marketing, paid and organic social media, events management, data and reporting and website management. While doing this you’ll study for a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing, with the possibility to continue your studies if you stay with us beyond the initial term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming our database expert, you’ll learn our CRM system inside out, keep our data clean and support the team to build audiences from our data to use in targeted campaigns.
  • Support our ABM programme. You’ll be on-the-look-out for insights on our target companies that can be used to better understand and engage them.
  • Support our events programme, including managing invite lists, RSVPs and welcoming guests on the day.
  • Learn how to use our marketing tech stack – including Hubspot and Pipedrive.
  • Learn how to keep our website up to date.
  • Learn how to report on the success of the campaigns we are running.
Key Measurables / KPIs
  • New and updated company and contact records for our target companies
  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from marketing activity
  • Completion of Hubspot training modules
Company Benefits:
  • 25 days annual leave, plus 3 days off at Christmas and your birthday off too
  • 2 mental health days a year
  • Death in Service benefit (4 x salary)
  • Flexible/remote working – we would like you to be in the office at least 3 days a week. You are welcome to work from home up to 2 days a week.
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and dependant’s leave
  • Brilliant offices with subsidized canteen, free hot drinks and fruit, loads of free wellbeing sessions and other training
  • Friendly, supportive all-round fantastic colleagues
Entry requirements
  • Minimum of 3 A-levels grade C or above plus a minimum of grade B in GCSE Maths and English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quick learner because we are going to teach you loads!
  • Confident communicator who enjoys being part of a team
  • Confident using software systems (full training on our specific software will be given)
  • Desire to build a career in marketing, plus an interest in digital commerce
Personal Qualities:
You will be aligned to our values - Purpose, Human, Open, Learning and Together. This means that you are:
