Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a female adult with her complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

She enjoys spending time with her family, catching up on her soaps and watching movies. She especially loves musicals.

Due to her tracheostomy she is unable to verbalise her wants and needs, however can communicate through mouthing her words. It is important you are a patient individual and have clear communication.

This is a fantastic role where you will work in a 2:1 team and support her access to her local community and be involved in her day to day life.

Our ideal applicant will be flexible, committed and have a genuine interest / passion in working with adults.

Apollo Home Healthcare are offering permanent contracts of 24 hours for this position

Desirable Experience

• 3 months previous care / support experience
• Medication Administration
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling
• Tracheostomy Care
• Oral Suctioning
• Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
• Nebuliser Care

Shifts Available

• Part Time
• Nights- 7pm-7am
• 24 hours per week with additional overtime

Along side your permanent contract you will receive full paid training and the cost of your DBS covered

Weeknights £13.00 per hour Approx. £156 per 12 hour shift

Saturdays £13.50 per hour Approx. £162 per 12 hour shift

Sundays £14.00 per hour Approx. £168 per 12 hour shift

Bank Holidays £16.00 per hour Approx. £192 per 12 hour shift
