Position Overview & Specifications

We’re very excited to announce that we are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing Creative Marketing Agency.

We are looking for an awesome individual who is super passionate about everything graphic design, someone who is driven by delivering ‘real’ results for clients and who wants to be part of a fantastic and supportive growing team.

Altitude Marketing is a fast-growing Creative Agency based in the heart of Loughborough. The co-founders have the ambition to grow Leicestershire's largest agency that actually delivers results for their clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative designs for various digital & print media, including websites, social elements, branding, brochures, flyers, posters and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to gather information and requirements, and to ensure designs meet business goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies, and continuously develop and improve your design skills and expertise
  • Participate and support in the design and development of user-centred websites, ensuring that all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible
  • Work with web developers to integrate graphic elements into functional websites, ensuring that designs are translated accurately and effectively into the final product
  • Prepare final graphics and layouts for print or digital distribution, ensuring that all files are ready for production and meet quality standards

Desirable Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD)
  • Strong typographical and layout skills, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines with ease
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Organised and have a methodical approach to file management.
  • Effective time management skills, ability in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in using Apple Mac

Good to have:

  • HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Webflow or WordPress understanding
  • Video editing skills
  • Post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
