About This Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Haywards Heath site for an administrator to join the team.

Our Administrators provide a pivotal role in supporting our clinical teams and patients to ensure the smooth running of the unit. Working directly with patients in the clinical environment, this is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in healthcare. Role responsibilities include:

• Supporting all incoming queries into the unit
• Chaperoning
• Bookings
• Billing
• Stock management
• Reception/ phone cover
• Processing of patients via our E-Systems
• Supporting Senior Management Team on site

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate good communication, IT and administration skills, alongside a compassionate and enthusiastic demeanour.

A flexible, organised and enthusiastic attitude is essential. Experience in a busy office environment is essential and experience of a healthcare industry is preferred but not necessary, as full training will be provided.

Please note that this role requires the successful post holder to work a variety of 12 hour day shifts Monday-Sunday.
