Position Overview & Specifications
- Extensive diary, travel and expenses management
- Organise regular individual and group 121 calls and meetings with Global Management team
- Collect monthly/quarterly MI reports from country/regional managers and collate into report for wider management circulation
- Coordinate with FP&A to receive correct Management Information
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for external and internal review meetings, presentations and as and when required
- Organising annual broker event and coordinating quarterly broker engagements
- Meet & greet external guests
- Organising and coordinating agendas for senior staff visiting the London office
- Screening of calls/email/letters & following up as required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, including confidence in and experience of dealing with senior management and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a good level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A high level of attention to detail with the ability produce, accurate, high quality work
- Strong numerical ability
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and pragmatic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
