At Adventure Bar we are a fast, fun and kick-ass cocktail bars with amazing brands! Our mission is to create fantastic and fun cocktails with an engaged service that - putting it simply - gets the party started! We are on the lookout for a Duty Manager in Blame Gloria Covent Garden!

Gloria always threw the wildest parties.

She had the best legs in Soho. Some say she dated Hendrix. She taught Bowie how to do his make-up. She ran out of dosh she moved into the basement.

She still throws the best parties and she needs a team to support her to give the best experience during brunch (Mamma Mia, Grease, Drag Brunch... you name it!) and all night long till we got energy to dance!

The role

We need you to be ready to run off-peak shifts confidently while complying with the Adventure bar policies and procedures and ensure the team delivers them. Build relationships with all employees and use these to guide and motivate them towards delivering unforgettable experiences and support their development. It’s an advantage if you have experience with cocktail bartending, stock management, rotas and/or licensing but we are here to give all the support to develop any of your skills.

We are looking for ambitious individuals that are looking to develop and take on new opportunities as we expand. We have an industry leading bartender training program, and we are currently developing our management training program with the aim of being 'best in class'.
