High level brief for a Product Designer (Hybrid UX/VD) on Asset Management Client Portal

The AM Client Portal was created as part of the Portal consolidation program with several standard features covering

• User onboarding
• Uuser entitlements - visual and data
• Home Page - dynamic based on entitlements

A number of features spanning (not restructured to);

• Multi connect home page
• Distribution of documents - marketing, product and client related
• Alerts with preference centre
• Holdings / transactions

We have a new programme of work spanning:

• Rollouts - with efficiency needs
• Updating existing Features with additional enhancements / improvements (such as simplifying / improving efficiencies with the user onboarding process)
• New Features - which span varying sizes and complexity, from end-to-end projects cross stream initiatives e.g., online AML / KYC, Due Diligence, UBS Client onboarding, secure document exchange, contract management, digital signatures, Fund Order desk
