The position: Your responsibility as a Sales Associate will be to support the sales team across the territory to achieve the company’s objectives for growth in sales, profit and market share.

Basic salary: £32,000 (£26,000 plus guaranteed bonus of £500 per month)

Your experience:

You will be a Physiotherapist, Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse or Biomedical Science Graduate with a passionate for medical sales. Any prior knowledge of physiology and anatomy would be ideal, as would having some sales or commercial experience since university. You should have a strong interest in orthopaedic sales and the desire to succeed in the medical sales industry. Most importantly, you will be a switched on and self sufficient hard worker and have thoroughly researched the role.

The role:

The position involves working with the sales team, covering and supporting cases across the region. It is the highest performing team in the company. You will be providing support across all of the orthopaedic disciplines; OrthoBiologics, Extremity and Arthroscopy. You will be spending lots of time in theatre, providing clinical support and building relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons.
