Production Operative

We have an exciting new role with on of the UK's most renowned FMCG companies with opportunities to learn new skills.

We are looking for individuals who can start immediately, can also work days, nights and weekends on a part time or rolling shift basis in our factory based on the Slough Trading Estate!

Full training is provided for this role, and you must attend the following dates to apply for the role once invited:

Assessment Centre: Friday 17 th March 2023
Health and Safety Training: 20 th , 21 st and 22 nd March 2023 - all four dates are by invitation only.

Benefits of the role include:

• Flexible Contracts - Part time / Full time hours, dependant on candidate's availability
• 12-hour shifts running 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am
• Hourly rate starting at £10.75
• On-site parking
• Up to 34 days annual leave including bank holidays

• Potential earnings of £480 per week (this is based on an average of 4 shifts per week)

Duties include:

• Picking and packing
• Cleaning
• Looking out for issues and faults on the line
• Hand stacking

Essential skills:

• Able to work a mixture days, nights, and weekends
• Good team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Productivity driven

Experience Required:

• Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
• Previous experience working nights and/or weekends
• Previous experience working 12-hour shifts
