Looking for a new direction but not sure where to start?
With support and training on offer we are looking for a Customer Service Representatives who can assist with our customer acquisitions campaign. Our trainee's will also work towards providing leadership to our team of campaign managers.
This position is a training ground and will see Trainee's learning how to work with clients and understand the marketing process. Some of the daily responsibilities may include scoping out new customers, leading teams and presenting analytical results via daily tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to hold in person presnetations with clients via a tailored b2b, or b2c campaign
- You'll be a go-to person for our clients, helping them to increase brand awareness through pop-up events and in-person presentations
- Making sales, processing payments and promoting new offerings.
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service
- Help customers and clients with their questions and concerns by meeting your own customer service goals.
All our Customer Service Representatives will receive on-the-job training and extensive in-house training to ensure that they feel confident when customer-facing.
