Recruitment Onboarding Team Leader

Location: Remote

Let’s tell you about the Role.

  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with the recruitment team alongside key operational stakeholders, attending meeting where require to provide progress updates
  • Performance management of a team of onboarding administrators against key targets and SLAs including training and development where required
  • Ensure, with the team, that all onboarding related information is kept up to date in relevant electronic based systems through timely and accurate data entry
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Operations Manager to evolve the service to enable Recruitment Operations to deliver a high quality centralised transactional service to the business
  • Manage caseload of Management and Senior Hires
  • Analysing effectiveness of the onboarding solution and proposing alternative solutions to further drive efficiency
  • Regularly monitor updates to right to work requirements and other relevant legislative changes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective compliance aligned to sector requirements
  • Overall accountability for the delivery of team set targets

Let’s Hear About You.

  • Previous experience of managing a high performing team of onboarders / Compliance Administrators
  • Experience of handling confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR
  • Demonstrates good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Is able to manage a high workload and delegate appropriately
  • Is able to work independently and flexibly
  • Proficient user of Microsoft package – Excel and PowerPoint
