We are seeking to hire reliable and talented Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full time employed basis to cover our contracts in London.

Based in London, A1 Contractors conduct responsive maintenance for local authorities and housing associations, across several trades.

Must be skilled to complete the following works below:

• Brickwork, Plastering/Rendering, Tiling, Flooring, Carpentry, UPVC Windows, Painting & Decorating, Locksmith & Plumbing

Requirements

• Must have own standard tools and power tools
• A current DBS or be willing to undertake checks for one
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high standard
