Part time/full time Ecommerce & Warehouse Assistant

We are an Ecommerce company supplying vehicle accessories based on the Slough Trading Estate, looking for the right candidate to join our hard working team.

Summary of Position:

• Processing orders and invoices.
• Answering telephone calls
• Taking orders over the phone
• Handling customer enquiries
• Data entry and updating of systems and spreadsheets
• Monitoring and optimising stock levels
• Picking and packing orders

Abilities:

• Experience working with Amazon and eBay.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAGE 50)
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Contribute additional value, ability to think laterally
• Must be good working under pressure to tight time scale
• Must be organised and efficient
• Knowledge of ecommerce would be advantageous.

Salary: competitive

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

• Monday to Friday
