Data Cabling Engineer

A C Electrical (North) Ltd / A C Networks are looking for a Data cabling Engineer.

The successful candidate will be required to have NVQ Level 3 or above in Data Cabling or have experience working within the industry as they will be required to install, terminate and test copper and fibre cables.

Experience required:

Data cabling experience in Cat5e, cat6 and fibre

Containment

Knowledge of tools and equipment

Pulling fibre and copper cables

Terminating fibre and copper cables

Specific Requirements:

ECS card (or CSCS card)

Being self motivated and hardworking.

on site experience.

Being proactive.

Being flexible and creative.

Having teamwork abilities.

Clean Driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.

Hand Tools.

local to Dukinfield / Manchester area.

Rate of pay will be discussed as per experience.

Please be aware, a DBS Check will need to be carried out for works on some of our jobs in vulnerable settings.
