We have an exciting opportunity for an Spa Therapist to join our friendly team at Rena Spa, located in the lovely Leonardo Hotel in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate and develop your skills, whilst working within a friendly environment and top quality Spa!

We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering luxury and high quality service; who has an interest in treatments and wellbeing.

The Role:

• Contract - Permanent, Part-time
• Hours - 16 hours per week
• Salary - Average of £12 - £24 per hour (Base salary £12 per hour + Incredible Commission)
• Schedule - Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 8 hour shifts
• Location - Leonardo Hotel City, 8-14 Coopers Row, London, EC3N 2BQ
• Reports to - Spa Manager
• Ideal Start Date - As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional spa treatments to the highest standards
• Maximise treatment and product sales - motivating yourself and fellow therapists to achieve targets
• Attending to guests needs and wishes at every opportunity
• Meet and greet spa guests and provide warm farewells - leaving a perfect and lasting impression
• Assist with stock control and orders as and when required
• Take on operational and reception duties as and when required
• Play a critical role in helping clients achieve their wellbeing goals
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to clients
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Uphold presentation and cleanliness of the facility
• Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends within the industry
• Ensure facility health & safety, and client well-being

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 years experience within the Spa industry
• Spa / Beauty therapist qualification (NVQ L3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent)
• Excellent customer service and personnel skills
• Warm and attentive nature
• Organised and time-efficient
• Dedicated and motivated to be a master of your craft
• Great attention to detail
• The ability to deliver an exceptional spa experience, going beyond the client's expectations
