2 Sisters Food Group Flixton looking to recruit a Personal Assistant for the Site Director to provide confidential support including but not limited to dairy management, event organisation and assist with presentations.

Main Responsibilities

• Support for Site Director
• Managing e-mail account for Site Director
• Manage diaries for above
• Powerpoint presentations for Site Director
• Support for SMT
• Order all site IT equipment and Mobile Phones
• Arrange IT access for all new starters
• Keep site phone register up to date
• Minutes for meetings
• Raise all Process Purchase Orders
• Raise all Training Dept Orders
• Manage invoices
• Fire Register
• Greet site visitors
• Cascade Group Communications
• Manage all meeting rooms at Flixton

We are looking for someone confident of smart appearance, with experience of a PA role working with senior directors. The candidate will understand the need for confidentiality and professionalism and is comfortable in dealing with people from all backgrounds and nationalities.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in a Food manufacturing environment however this not essential.
