Daily Housekeeper

DAILY HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR HNW FAMILY IN MAYFAIR

Where: Mayfair, London

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum, negotiable DOE

Status: Live-out

We are working with a HNWI in Central London to source a highly skilled and experienced full-time live-out Housekeeper for their large, modern home in Mayfair. The property has been finished to a very high specification, so the successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge and prior experience caring for and maintaining surfaces and fabrics with fine finishes.

You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the property, ensuring that very high standards are maintained at all times. Though the role will not initially include laundry and ironing, this might change, so ideally you will also have sound laundry management skills. Daily duties will include making beds, cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as all living and dining areas.

Usual working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility required at times. The family are looking for a loyal Housekeeper who is self-motivated, professional and boundaried. There are three dogs at the property, but no pet care will be required from the housekeeper.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Daily cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen

· Polishing silver, glass, marble, and gold surfaces

· Rubbish and recycling management

· Managing stocks of cleaning products

· Greeting guests and offering refreshments

· Greeting tradespeople and contractors

· Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

· Prior housekeeping experience in a high-end private household

· Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK

· Hardworking and dedicated

· High attention to detail

· Able to work independently with little supervision

· Boundaried and professional

· Trustworthy and reliable

· Excellent checkable references
